A ceremony honoring outstanding representatives of the sports industry was held in Astana to mark Sports Day.

During the ceremony, professionals who have made a significant contribution to the development of sport in Kazakhstan were presented with state and departmental awards from the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as Certificates of Honor and Letters of Appreciation.

Among the award recipients were employees of the Republican State Enterprise “Olympic Training Center for Wrestling Sports.”

In particular, Zhandos Zhaksylykuly Ushkempirov, Director of the Center, was awarded the “Honorary Sports Worker” badge of distinction.

Khasen Kenesuly Abeldinov, Head of the Facility Maintenance and Operations Department, and Yerkebulan Maidanuly Mukanov, Head of the Security Department, were awarded Certificates of Honor.
