The VISION 2025 event, organized by the Academy of Physical Education and Mass Sports, has become a significant platform for preparing new leaders in sports management. Among the esteemed guests were Erbol Myrzabosynov, Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Sayasat Nurbek, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. They emphasized that the development of education and management in sports is vital for the nation. 

As part of the event, a formal diploma ceremony was held for graduates of the innovative Executive MBA (EMBA) in Sport Management program. This program, developed in collaboration with international partners, aims to elevate the standards of sports management in Kazakhstan. 

The Academy of Physical Education and Mass Sports (APEMS) was established in 2021 in Astana as part of the implementation of the Concept for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports in the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2026. APEMS aims to become the leading national center for training specialists in the country’s sports industry. 

APEMS offers high-quality training at the undergraduate and graduate levels, educating future physical education teachers, coaches in various sports, sports managers, psychologists, and other professionals for the sports industry. 

During the event, participants proposed new ideas and solutions for the development of the sports sector. As noted, effective management of Kazakhstan's sports industry requires a new generation of professionals ready to adopt cutting-edge international practices. 

This event marked an important step in preparing managerial talent for Kazakhstan’s sports industry, advancing sports infrastructure, and integrating international expertise. Ministers and international partners expressed confidence that joint efforts would help propel Kazakhstani sports to a new level. 

Together, we will develop sports, unlocking new opportunities to achieve outstanding results for Kazakhstan on the international stage!
