The Committee for Sports and Physical Culture under the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan has begun the annual hearing of reports from the head coaches of national teams in summer Olympic sports. The session is chaired by the Committee's chairman, Ruslan Yesenalin.

The event is attended by representatives of accredited sports federations, leading sports organizations, and senior coaches for all age categories.

Head coaches are summarizing the results of 2024 and presenting their strategies for preparation in 2025. The main focus is on:

• Analyzing the current state of sports training;
• Identifying priority areas of work;
• Developing measures to improve the efficiency of the training process and enhance conditions for athletes.

Following the meeting, the Committee, together with the federations, will prepare a set of measures aimed at strengthening the national teams and ensuring the successful performance of Kazakhstani athletes on the international stage. Systematic efforts to support Olympic sports and create conditions for achieving high results will continue.
