The Director of the Olympic Training Center for Wrestling, Zhandos Zhaksylykovich Ushkempirov, shared his opinion on the new constitutional reform:

“I believe that the new constitutional reform is an important document prepared for the further development of our country. As time changes, the Constitution should also be renewed.

Legal experts have been speaking about this for a long time. I have also noticed that the name of the current system of governance was not entirely accurate.

The proposed changes fully correspond to the principle of: «A Strong President – an Influential Parliament – an Accountable Government».
